About the Role

As a machine operator, you will be a central part of the production that manufactures precision-molded rubber parts – products where it is crucial that everything is done correctly. Here you will have a varied and developing job in a smaller industrial environment, where you know your colleagues and where order, quality, and a forward-thinking attitude are always at the center.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to requirements and specifications
• Document and maintain logs in our ERP system
• Participate in improvement and development work
• Perform basic maintenance of machines and equipment
• Carry out tool changes – a task that requires some physical strength

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background, preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry or as a machine operator. You are someone who enjoys understanding how things work, is meticulous and structured in your work, and has a positive attitude towards new challenges. As a colleague, you are social, communicative, and solution-oriented – someone who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and sees opportunities rather than problems.

Requirements:

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Education in automotive technology or experience from the industry
• Forklift license A+B
• Driver's license and access to a car
